Guangdong Promise-keeping and Credit-honoring Enterprise

• Renkang Hospital, Luogang Hospital, Xuexiang Hospital and Jian'an Hospital were certified as A-level medical units by Shenzhen Municipal Health Committee in April 2019.
• Shenzhen Guodan Health Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized by the Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in June as the Guangdong Promise-keeping and Credit-honoring Enterprise of 2018.

Joined Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group Medical Alliance

• The company entered into an agreement with the Heilongjiang Provincial Cross Hospital in February 2018 to provide multi-level and diversified technical services for its operations. Luogang Hospital, Xuexiang Hospital, and Jian'an Hospital were awarded five-star credit hospitals, five-star credit hospitals, and four-star credit hospitals by the Shenzhen Non-Public Medical Institutions Industry Association in June. Jian'an Hospital was certified by the Guangdong Provincial Chest Pain Center Certification Office in June. Guodan Healthcare and its hospitals became members of the Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group Medical Alliance in September.

Established Guanghua Doctor, Intercontinental Medical Devices

• Shenzhen Guanghua Doctor Group Co., Ltd. was established in May 2017, and began to provide medical technology services and medical consulting services under our operations.
• Shenzhen Intercontinental Medical Devices Co., Ltd. was established in China in July 2017 and is engaged in the sale of medical devices under our operations.

Acquisition of jian’an hospital

• Acquired Jian'an Hospital in December 2016 and started to provide comprehensive medical services under our operations.

Established Zhongshan Guodan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

• Established Zhongshan Guodan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province in November 2007 and started to provide TCM hospital services under our operation.

Acquisition of xuexiang hospital

• Acquired xuexiang hospital in August 2005 and began to provide integrated medical services under our operation.

Acquisition of luogang hospital

Acquired luogang hospital in August 2004 and began to provide integrated medical services under our operation.

Acquisition of renkang hospital

Acquired renkang hospital in June 2004 and began to provide integrated medical services under our operation.
